Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Eligibility

Bail Bond Fees

Fees for our services are based on the bail amount set by the court and are subject to Nevada state law. The fee is a non-refundable percentage of the full bail amount. You will be provided with an agreement outlining the fees before receiving our services.

Payment Terms

Bail Bond Process

Termination of Services

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada. By using our services, you agree to resolve disputes via arbitration and waive your right to a trial by jury.
